- Clearance procedures (check in/ check out/ police and customs formalities, taking care about all rules and regulations that needs to be followed and informing Captains and crew about them)- Tax free refueling (Duty free bunkering in Port of Bar and Porto Montenegro) - Overseeing and managing process of fueling in all Montenegrin marinas to maintain customer satisfaction in all aspects related to it- Arranging berths in all Montenegrin marinas, providing clients with various options and best quotations for daily, monthly, yearly berths and berth lease options- Supplying vessels with necessary provisions, making sure that all items delivered are highest quality that will match all desires of our clients, coordination of multiple tasks and demands for all boats to ensure time and cost effectiveness - Flight and travel arrangements for guests and crew coming or departing yachts, highest class car for transfers for VIP guests, being aware of security and discretion needed- Car rentals, excursions, arranged tours all over Montenegro with trustworthy cooperatives that deliver one of a kind experience to all our clients, organizing team building events for crew members- Repairs and maintenance of yachts in and out of water, overseeing workers doing jobs and managing them effectively to ensure best possible performance but being aware of overall budget management - Brokerage for vessels in Montenegro and everywhere in the world- Legal advising and services that are needed for all our clients regarding their boats or any other legal matter, establishment of companies in Montenegro, assisting in real estate brokerage- Making custom itineraries for every of our client, making sure that given locations, best suitable restaurants, sightseeing tours, locations, anchorages or night outs will surely match their desire and give them full feel of Montenegro in a way that they like most- Handling any requests from UHNW clients or their assistants

- Setting up new 4-stars apart hotel business in Sutomore with a la cart Mediterranean cuisine restaurant with 200 seats - Supervising overall management - Procurement, handover to junior managers various roles with high standards of professionality- Coordination of campaigns, actions, promotions for positioning of the brand and acquiring first bookings and beginning of work- HR management, interviewing potential candidates, forming kitchen and restaurant teams, F&B organization- Upgrading and improvement of all operations until complete handover and switching to new project

Learning new fields of activity, improving self upgrading existing knowledge as a way of preparing for future jobs- Construction projects supervision and management - were in charge on several small to medium size (up to 7000 sqm) construction projects as turnkey investments, supervising and coordinating all works until handing it over to the owners- Full development of investment projects, finding appropriate land plots and finishing documentation, land permits and projects necessary for construction permits- Setting up several hospitality businesses - restaurants, hotels and coffee bars from reconstruction, HR, preparation, and handing it over to management for further operations
