-Issue work order for preventive maintenance -Organization of daily activities for technicians-Evaluation of technician performances and provide written documentation-Perform basic equipment maintenance and insure preventive maintenance schedule (monitoring)-Monthly analyses of employee utilization-Preserving discipline according to safety rules
