Came to the company to assemble and lead the iOS team. During my stay my position evolved to that of the mobile tech lead, covering both native and cross-platform projects (flutter). I piloted and led many projects from initial project setup to app store publishing. Key points:- Active involvement in feature and product design via communication with clients- Estimating feature/product development effort to help the company approach clients with well shaped offers- Streamlined the workflow and development process. Including CI/CD, project architecture, unit testing, and cross team work organisation and communication- Established the developers code of conduct with the team- Envisioned and helped established the companies internship programme for mobile team developers- Mentoring junior colleagues- Helped the team improve code reviews and use them as a learning opportunity

Even though it was brief experience it was my first introduction to an enterprise development setup. I was extensively involved in maintaining a production application and extending test coverage by writing unit and end to end tests for an existing code base.Key points:- Maintaining and extending Objective-C codebase- Migrating codebase to Swift- Developing new features and maintaining Twint projects with more than two million users- Piloted multiple successful app releases

Navus was, again, a startup experience. My role was that of an iOS developer at first. Main goal for me was a heavy refactoring of the existing Objective-C code base into a Swift only application. As I chose RxSwift to achieve this goal it was also the introduction to Functional Reactive Programming paradigm for me. My first startup experience. I was with the team from the very beginning. My role was that of an iOS developer within a cross functional team. I developed the app from the very first line of code up to its publishing. My most notable achievement was the implementation of BLE communication with a class B medical device. It was also my first experience with Swift.
