I was leading Construction and Maintenance Dept. with 20 employees. This dept. was working on construction and maintenance of 4 HFC CATV networks in 3 cities (with more then 15.000 subscribers). I was responsible for planning, control and construction supervision of CATV network and I was managing the installation and maintenance of the equipment. During future investments planning, I was preparing business analysis, as well as phases of investment, equipment acquisition and personnel configuration. During construction, using AutoCAD, I was importing all differences of network that occurs during construction. Also, I was ensuring that valid documentation (work books) follows constructions, which are then compared with financial books and situation in the warehouse.From sep 1999 til jan 2000, I was working in a company as a Field Engineer. I was working on construction of HFC CATV networks: on installation of head-end CATV terrestrial and satellite processing stations (FUBA), measurement and positioning of terrestrial antennas and satellite dishes, installation of optical transmitters and receivers (M-TEC) and RF amplifiers (SPAUN, ASTRO, PHILIPS). As well, I did all kind of RF and optical line measurements with PROMAX (RF analyzer and power meter) and WAVETEC (OTDR) measuring equipment, and supervision and maintenance of all CATV network.
