It became a key component of the Consolidation Analysis Tool in HP Services and transferred to ChinaGrid, UFCG (Brazil), and Grid Research Center (Calgary). Service Deployment. Created a community of developers resulting in four specifications and independent reference implementations (HP, NEC, Softricity, and UFCG). Demonstrated interoperability of the proposed standard. Failures Recovery: investigating reliability of the ia-64 based systems: recovery support at the operating system, application, and programming environment levels. More than eight years later, similar approaches are still used.Global Memory Management: design and implementation in a multicomputer system: enabling cross-NT shared memory on a four-node machine without OS changes, address recovery and security.

  • Ayso Region 26
    National Soccer Coach
    Ayso Region 26 Sep 1997 - Mar 2017
    Palo Alto, Ca, Us
I have been youth soccer coach in the past 15 years, coaching recreational and competitive girls, boys, and co-ed teams in Acton, MA, and Palo Alto, CA. I coached largely in AYSO, but also in CYSA, and in Gunn High School, in the competition for German tournaments. Why do I list soccer coaching as a part of professional activities? I have learned more about management on the soccer field than in managment classes. How you build or lose trust with players, how you motivate, how you train people, how you form team, compete, win and lose, lead and follow, define priorities, understand objectives, and many other aspects are equally important on the soccer field than at work place. "Love them or lose them" and many other sayings are applicable in proffession as they are in sports.
