Phoenix Eyewear & Phoenix Ski HolidaysSuccessful exit in 2006.Phoenix Eyewear was an exclusive Slovenian eyewear retailer with unique contracts for 10 different sunglass brands and prescription eyewear for Slovenia and Croatia. During this venture I negotiated key partnerships with new brands and created pricing, marketing and retail strategies for each brand to enter the Slovenian and Croatian markets.Phoenix Ski Holidays was one of the leading brands in Slovenia offering outbound ski holidays for Slovenia and Croatia.During this venture I created the complete proposition & product suite from scratch. I negotiated rates and stock allocations from accommodation providers and other service providers in Austria, France, Switzerland and Italy.I was responsible for major partnerships with sub-agents and for strategic marketing activities and sales plans.
