This position required me to prepare, develop and design course curriculum, lesson plans, presentations, and assignments using the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word). I was also responsible for coordinating and scheduling guest lectures with various external departments.• Communication Skills: As a German Tutor for IXL and as a PAL at UTA, I lectured to groups of up to 30 students. Additionally, at Brookhaven Community College, I won multiple excellence in public speaking awards such as “Best Persuasive Speech” and “Best Overall Speech.” As Recovery Officer at UBS Bank, I managed hundreds of client accounts and had daily contact with clients via phone and email. • Project Management Skills: During my time at AXA Insurance Switzerland I gained an additional role as a business analyst and project lead after taking initiative and successfully presenting my pitch to a board of directors. I conducted research and successfully created a new software in corporation with internal IT specialists to automatize and simplify daily business tasks.
