-Accounts Reconciliation.-Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payables.-Manage All Aspects of billing receivables.-Manage day to day operations of Multi-Million Dollar Printing Company-Process equipment and corporate loans.-Manage Weekly Payroll.-Schedule and prepare monthly financial documents, individual sale reports for sale representatives and CEO.-Administer HR Functions including New Hires and separations.-Employee Compensation.-Employee Benefits.-Employee Orientation.-Employee Services and Counseling.-Ensure Legal Compliance.Administer Health, dental & vision plan including tracking employee payment and reconciliation.-Unemployment.-Federal and State Compliance.-Administer employee record keeping and confidentiality.-Consult with Corporate Executives.-Provide HR guidance when appropriate.- Oversee Worker's Compensation, 401K Plans, Employee Benefits & Attendance.-Respond to unemployment claims.- Respond to staff and management inquiries regarding company policies, payroll and benefit issues.-Set up work related events, travel and itinerary scheduling for the CEO.
