It combines a love for football and Media, aiming to empower young individuals and celebrate diversity.-Chosen from thousand to be part of a programme that promote young black or mixed black heritage people to change the representation of black race in football media careers.-All placements will be for 12 months, giving opportunities to work with brands such as Adidas, Arsenal, Manchester United, EA Sports, ITV, Sky Sports, IMG and many more.-Actively engaging with others on the programme, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity within the #MerkyFC community.-Attending career events to grow networks and find more about the career opportunities that are available.
