The game Eccky started as a small project of Media Republic, but grew to be a independent company. In this game, players create an online baby together and are responsible for the upbringing untill the day the child reaches the age of 18 and leaves the parents' house. The game supports heavily on the component of artificial intelligence, which creates the possibility for the players to chat with their child. My job was part of the customer support group. The game supports heavily on the component of artificial intelligence, which creates the possibility for the players to chat with their child. My job was part of the customer support group. I provided feedback to players with questions, helped to prevent 'grooming' and tested beta versions of the game. I also wrote several technical workflows for future reference. Show less
