In this role I am directly supporting the #PoweringProgress strategy by driving the Shell IT scope for Carbon across the Group and shape the IT demand, with special focus on Asset Decarbonization!

Identity, Access & Security (IA&S) Portfolio Change lead, contributor to the IA&S LT and strategic partner to the Portfolio Lead. Supporting further adoption of the IA&S services, continue to increase business value and improve the security posture. Successful implementation of the new IA&S Change portfolio leading a team of 19 Transformational Change Managers, supporting over 30 programmes and aligned the resources to the appropriate work level. Total portfolio savings over $1,300,000 through creative ways to resource programs.Completed an extensive QA process to ensure that each of the programs are utilizing the methodology and that each piece of work is scoped appropriately.Created the IA&S Strategy and vision to provide long-term direction, define and align the portfolio activities to support the overall Shell powering progress strategy.

Manage Supply Chain Portfolio Change Lead. Embedding the transformational change culture in the Manage Supply Chain (MSC) business. Supporting all Global MSC Process Owners & Product Managers by creating the right change strategies & change deployment activities.Successful implementation of MSC portfolio structure supporting 9 market standard solutions across Upstream & Downstream (Enterprise wide) with a team of 6 Transformational Change Managers.Total portfolio savings over $350,000 by sharing resources over multiple programmes

Leading the change activities for all the Upstream Production and Information Delivery Programmes, together with a team of 25 Change Managers across Upstream/Downstream/Integrated Gas.Created and implemented a Change Management deployment methodology including business process change activities for the roll out of Permit Vision across assets in Upstream, Downstream, Lubes, Trading & Supply.Set up Value Delivery Framework for multiple deployments to understand business value and how this is measured.

Responsible for all Global Change Management activities regarding the Field Operation Toolbox Programme. The objective of the Field Operation Toolbox Programme is to deliver a set of fit-for-purpose IT systems for key areas within Field Operations (Operating Integrity) including; Permit to Work, Shift Handover, Operator Rounds, Hydrocarbon Accounting, Alarm Management and Management of Change.
