Responsible for various footwear collections (currently Cruyff - Men, Cruyff Sports - Men) in the organization from the development process till production that include tasks as: • Setting up complete timetables for (sample) developments till production• Setting up collection plans by analyzing sales figures from wholesale, own retail and market trends• Controlling sample requests at factories in Europe and Asia• Development visits at factories in Europe and Asia• Quality Control visits at factories in Europe and Asia• Brief and control production comments at factories in Europe and Asia• Managing FOB and SRP in cooperation with sales and the managing board• Development of new collections together with the design team• Develop, check and sign-off blue prints for sole developments • Development of SMUS together with key accounts plus the sales and design team• Contact for the marketing and sales department• Presenting every new developed collection to the (international) sales team• Brainstorm sessions with the marketing team to ensure the storytelling behind each product will be translated into a strong commercial seasonal launch • Business handling of any production-oriented claims towards manufacturers in response to quality and/or delivery problems• Implementation of CSR and Human Rights throughout the supply chain together with my former Apparel colleague (Nicholas Hurenkamp)
