First APC Project of Schneider Electric in Cement IndustryThis project was the first APC project of Schneider in cement industry, it was a milestone in this market for Schneider China, the project had been put online and achieved very good results in reducing kiln operator working load, stabilize clinker quality and energy saving etc.2.First EMS Project in Cement Industry.This project was the first EMS project of Schneider in cement industry which adopted whole new architecture, it played a very good model for the follow-up projects.3.Others: First Air Compressor Optimization System, First WHR Optimization SystemDeveloped new solutions base on customer requirements.

Identify, audit & pre-qualify credible suppliers.

DUTIES:Responsible for the daily maintenance of instruments, design and execution of new projects, PLC programming and SCADA configuration.ACHIEVEMENTS:Operation KPIs especially RF and UF of this plant were ranked in the top of Lafarge Group,below are some projects which i in charged of :1. Instrument and control cabinet reconstruction for the Raw mill and Kiln workshop;Old display and control system were too complex and broken-down, which had a very bad effect on normal production. 2. CCR reconstruction;Old network communication speed was slowing down, as busy data exchange on the network and lack of flexibility of the data interface resulted to hard maintenance, So rebuilding the old system to central control from separate and adopting the SERVER-CLIENT mode in the new network structure was urgent. Two database servers acted as hot standby to each other, and Monitor pro was replaced by ifix of GE Fanuc as the new HMI.3. Recovery of 3# cement mill;Power distribution room of 3# cement mill was fired due to cable overheating which caused destroyed three power supply cabinets and all PLC cabinets.4. Others: Multi-feeder rebuild, ABB gas analyser optimization, modification of the coal mill lubrication oil station, cooler bed speed control, kiln outlet dust collection zipper control, optimization of reclaimer system, reconstruction of liquid resistance of 1# cement mill, reconstruction of coal weighting scale, etc.
