- Recruitment Management(Manpower planning, Job Specification, Recruitment administration, job posting, sorts candidates, interviews, job contracts and Induction, etc)- Payroll Management- Compensating & Benefit- Termination management- Personnel management

Handling purchasing department for holding company, responsible for purchasingactivities in 6 subsidiaries of Jababeka group.- Purchase Order management- Researching potential vendors- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing- Track orders and ensure timely delivery- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage- Quality control

Responsible for training activities including but not limited to:- Conduct training needs analysis for all departments in holding company- Talent management and talent mapping- Making Annual Training Program for Corporate- Conducting Performance Evaluation for all employees- Induction for new hire- Internal Event Organizer- Handling internship- Design flyer and x-banner for Training of the Month- Supporting Training & Development Manager for making EmployeeHandbook, Code of Conduct, and HRD & GA Manual Book.

- Working full-time freelancer as Recruitment Staff.- Scheduling interview between candidate and user- Preparing monthly reporting for the recruitment department- Interviewing employees' job description, competencies matrix, regarding CBHRM project
