Creekside Business Center is a 20,000 sq.ft., Class-A, office business center, located in Creekside Commons Office Park, in Portage, Michigan. CBC consisted of approximately 60 private office suites, with shared common amenities including: central reception and waiting area, conference rooms, copy center, fully appointed kitchen, day offices, and other shared space. All offices are fully-serviced including: a shared receptionist, phone and voice mail system, high-speed fiber-based Internet, secretarial services, suite cleaning, building security, utilities, and even hot coffee! Virtual identity and officing packages are also available for part time users.

Formed the commercial property management and maintenance division of Preferred Carlson Realtors (now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices of Michigan), which operated throughout West Michigan. This company was sold in 2000.
