As an Administrative Assistant my main job is to manage the day to day office work; printing and copying, maintaining databases, monitoring paperwork, keeping supplies stocked, word processing, answering phones, fielding office visitors, and more.

In this position I am responsible for the introductory show to give visitors background information about the Dead Sea Scrolls, as well as some information about the time period that the exhibit covers as well. Along with that I spend time in the exhibit itself, while other members of my host team are performing the introductory show, to help answer any questions visitors may have and to engage them. On top of that, in order to expand my knowledge on the subject matter I am allotted time in the morning and at the end of the day to do research on various aspects that the exhibit covers, to better be able to answer visitor questions.

As a Senior Game Adviser my main focuses were customer satisfaction and sales. While maintaining these focuses I also ensured that the store remained clean and organized as well as maintaining thorough knowledge of the product we sold. Another aspect of being a Senior Game Adviser had me in a managerial position, I was in charge of the store and other team members during my shifts; this included ensuring work was being done correctly and efficiently, customers were getting taken care of in a timely manner, sending and receiving shipments, and making sure the other team members were presenting themselves and the store in the best light.

I oversaw the other student employees working in the Charter Television Business Lounge at Worcester State University. I also supplied equipment to students wishing to utilize the facility and ensured that the area remained clean, safe and sanitary for the students.

My main duties were to assist the department secretary in the day to day management of departmental needs. This included, but was not limited to: printing and copying, word processing, database management, sorting mail, inter-departmental deliveries and liaising, answering phones, and assisting staff, students, and visitors alike.
