I have practiced mindfulness for nearly 20 years and am committed to the practice as a way of life. I have studied for long periods in different classic and modern schools and traditions around the world, including in the United States, England, Myanmar, Nepal, and Israel.I was certified as an MBSR teacher by the IDC and hold a doctorate in sociology from New York University. I facilitated Reconciliation groups for five years for New York University.I teach groups in rehabilitation institutions, yoga studios, in companies, and in one-on-one meetings.
