• WHAT I DO: My company holds the exclusive license for all versions of the Well-Being Index, which was invented by Mayo Clinic. This tool was designed to reduce physician burnout and increase engagement. We now have several versions available: Physician, Medical Student, Resident/Fellow, Employee, Nurse and NP/PA.• HOW I DO IT: Ultimately, my goal is to transform medical schools and healthcare organizations into healthy and thriving environments, with less burnout and increased engagement. Not only do we develop unique web solutions for our clients, we implement and track their effectiveness throughout to ensure our clients will be more successful AND efficient in their industries. We know our value and we know our clients. • WHAT MAKES ME TICK: Like many entrepreneurs, I am driven by the tireless pursuit to innovate, inspire others and discover ways to make an impact. In 2010, I wrote a book outlining my views on entrepreneurship entitled JOBLESS. What’s cool is that in my career, I am able to both lead and be part of a team with a shared vision of helping others succeed.• WHO I WORK WITH: I am most proud of our work in the Healthcare Industries. We've developed everything from Physician Well-Being applications to CME Management software to amazing websites that are HIPAA compliant.
