I graduated from ICHEC in 2012 with a master’s degree in Management Sciences. During my studies, I had the chance to learn about International Management and more specifically in business in Developing Countries. For my end-year-internship, I went to Vietnam for a case study. It was an amazing experience, very rich in terms of cultural exchanges. I then started my professional career with an temporary employment at CBC Banque & Assurance where I discovered a passion for customer care. In 2013, I started my career with Beobank in a new service (Beobank Service Center). It was a very great experience and I learned a lot on customers and commercial fields. Customer-oriented, I have chosen to increase my experience in an agency. Now, I am dealing with customer files, face to face interviews (as well in English) and looking for new customers .Through my work experience, I have grown up in terms of sales skills, customer relationship management, analysis and team spirit. I see myself as sociable, a long life learner and capable of dealing with various tasks. In addition to this, I keep a very strong interest in International business as well as a passion for travels and cultural exchanges.
