1) Manage the Audit and Compliance team 2) Ensure we meet and exceed all industry standards for safety, quality and compliance3) Lead the development of a new North American Test Facility

In this role I worked on three main project types:1) Continuous Improvement - Increasing efficiency, improving quality, reducing labor, and product optimization2) New Product Development - which consisted of implementing new or modified designs into an existing line with minimal modifications to the current production line.3) New Major Project - This type of project would be similar to implementing a new product, but it includes a new production line as well. These projects can get very complex and include items like changing entire facilities, qualifying dozens of new products, and/or managing multiple new lines.

1) Lead 2 cross-functional team consisting of individuals from Germany, Mexico, Thailand, Japan, and the USA .2) Managed 2 customers, 6 programs, and 21 variants.3) My main responsibilities were to ensure that all new programs/variants as well as changes meet all cost and timing targets.

• Design and release engineer for Vapor Canisters and Fuel delivery systems.• Work with designers to create concepts, prototypes, and production models and prints to meet customer requirements• Create DVPs, DFMEAs, and other engineering documents • Coordinate prototype suppliers, prototype builds, and testing

• Engineering team lead on truck and commercial vehicle lines, in the areas of powertrain, chassis, and performance accessories.• Worked with multiple functional groups to create functional objectives, source packages and, DVP&Rs• Conducted technical reviews on parts such as suspension kits, and performance brake kits.• On a task force to overhaul the existing process and convert it to a more production system.• Created one-offs for car shows and special demonstrations and install them on unique vehicles.• Worked closely with numerous suppliers and plants to create specialized low volume parts.

•Validated and release fuel system components, including fuel tanks, fuel pumps, and vapor canisters•Maintained and complete all relevant system level DVP&Rs•Updated system and components specifications and test procedures•Lead new software implementation such as CoDep, TeamCenter, NX, and PSI•Supported plant builds, test trips, and product demonstration runs•Acted as trip coordinator for last 2 validation trips

•Worked with Fiat to harmonize standards and specification for fuel system components•Set-up and managed supplier technical reviews in order to properly place business for new products•Worked closely with different departments to create common forms to manage and track changes between Chrysler systems and Fiat systems•Started to create and manage models in NX and TeamCenter and became group expert in the release process

Gave tours to prospective students and parents. Sent out fliers and mailers for interested students. Answered phones and all questioned asked about the university.

•Worked on the final validation testing for the 2009 Dodge Ram 1500, including the PV Test Trip•Investigated numerous cost saving ideas and completed write-ups and implementation plans•Developed a new fresh air filter shield to eliminate the need to rear wheel liners•Worked with suppliers to have prototypes made, parts tested, and validation completed
