As a PM across multiple sectors, organisation sizes and styles, I have a very broad-based background. This positions me to fit in and contribute very early to any business and project environment. With The Education Space since 2016, an organisation designed to innovate within education, transform the future of learning and foster a long-term values set for every client, I have worked through the ranks of the Culture & Skills Project Team, to being its Manager, most recently operating as the primary Business Analyst. The timeline demonstrates not only my ability and skillset, but others’ appreciation of it. #Working with internal senior managers, teachers and the wider school staff community, I have developed student progress trackers and a separate automated absence/ turnover analysis system; helped inform partners on how to assess performance of SEND; and advised users on interpreting their MIS systems (Bromcom & SIMS). As a naturally collaborative part of any team, I have guided an all-encompassing People strategy. This necessitates me being balanced, communicative, a listener, but also someone who is unafraid to challenge the status quo. This was all directly part of my coordinating a “staff voice group” using survey data I had previously collected and researched. At that time, I also, concurrently, helped drive the staff wellbeing survey project. Currently the Primary school clerk and Chair of governors for a secondary school foundation board, and having worked in city planning, administrative, and risk management environments, I am energetic, building affinity, as well as cultivating both long-term and very fleeting relationships. A keen advocate of continuous personal and career development, I have been at numerous business networking events, facilitated youth courses, including coaching at a Summer Camp Youth Coach, and have also volunteered for Crisis for Christmas, Basket Brigade, and other campaigns. I firmly believe you get out what you put in
