The centralization decreased the total number of database servers by 65%. Database protocols managed included Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 and Teradata. The largest databases supported included the SAP database at over 7 terabytes running on SQL Server and Windows and the Sales Forecasting database at over 600 gigabytes running on Oracle 10G and UNIX.

This database included large tables containing the product catalogue which averaged over 6 GB and the Vendor Master at 2 GB.
