• Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical problems in all related data center departments using sound judgment and co-worker collaboration as needed• Provide problem solving recommendations to customers• Utilize individual case management skills for each customer and case• Provide remote hands and eyes for customers• Create tickets within the established ticketing system to address customer calls, data center facility, network and/or system related alerts• Work with customers, other systems engineers, and management to communicate ticket status• Ensure tickets are being opened, worked and escalated based on set standards• Review all resolved tickets to ensure properly documented resolution• Work in and perform duties in other departments as needed including assisting with upkeep of equipment and cabling.• Take initiative to assist with training all incoming employees on daily tasks as well as expertly answering any and all questions they may have
