As a passionate Clifton Management major with interests in fashion, health and wellness,and social media industries, I tend to thrive in challenges and environments where I can bring out my creativity. Clifton strengths have greatly influenced my academic journey, specifically my ideation and futuristic strengths. Futuristic and ideation both serve as pillars for my motivation and creativity. As a proud member of the Alpha Phi sorority, I have invested and developed myself in our chapter’s sisterhood and loyalty. Being a student strengths coach on campus has enabled me to mentor and motivate my peers. I have developed new-found confidence through strengths within these relationships.A stand-out quality of mine is my empathetic nature. I can understand emotions and be a listener for anyone through all types of situations they may endure. On top of that my empathy also allows me to be honest and sincere in hopes that will make others feel valued. A goal I hope to achieve is finding a fulfilling yet challenging internship or job during my junior year, where I hope to deepen my understanding of the business world and apply my expertise in fashion, advertising, and creativity. In addition, I am motivated and focused on expanding my professional network within Omaha and Lincoln businesses. I aim to establish meaningful connections with mentors, industry professionals, and like-minded peers.
