Completing policy research for the Centre for Academic Excellence & Program Quality to assess, evaluate, and compare internal policies against industry standards, while offering recommendations for improvement.

Oversee strategic plan on resource development and release; oversee, assess, and seek opportunities for growth of organizational platforms based on different marketing approaches and trends; proofread and quality control of resources, ensuring appropriate content, copyright, logo and credits are included.

As a final project for the Communication & Professional Writing class of 2022 at Centennial College, we had the privilege of collaborating with the KITE Rehab Research Facility at the University Health Network. Together we published a copy of the KITEworks magazine.

Assisted in administrative procedures and tasks in the head office, including direct administrative assistance to the Broker of Record. Worked for a branch of the brokerage as Client Services Representative and Billing and Payables for property management. Dealt with all client concerns, coordinated tenants/landlords/technicians to efficiently address all issues, and coordinated rental payments, billing, and payables for all clients through LoneWolf accounting software.

Worked with children ages 10-12. Assisting in their every need on a day to day basis.

TAP Centre for Creativity is a non-profit art gallery, theatre, and studio space for artists within the London area. Assisted with event administration and gallery maintenance.

Supported an assigned group of undergraduate and post-graduate international students attending Western University. Scheduled weekly meetings with the students, ensured provision of help by connecting assigned group of students with on campus resources, while consistently supporting their orientation into school life. Completed weekly office hours for the International and Exchange Student Centre.

Camp Queen Elizabeth is a overnight summer camp for children. Camp Queen Elizabeth is located on an island with the role of a lifeguard being required as well.
