I am a junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Neuroscience with minors in Chemistry and Sports Medicine on the pre-Physician Assistant track. My academic journey is driven by a strong passion for neurology, orthopedics, and physiology, which are areas I aim to make a lasting impact through patient care and research.Currently, I am an undergraduate research assistant contributing to a clinical trial focused on ACL reconstruction, where I am gaining hands-on experience in orthopedic research. As an Accelerated Research Scholar and grant recipient, I am conducting my own research within the Exercise Sports Science department as I work towards distinction as a Carolina Research Scholar. I am eager to continue building on my experience in clinical settings and research, with the ultimate goal of becoming a compassionate and knowledgeable Physician Assistant specializing in areas that bridge neuroscience and orthopedic care.
