I have a passion for facilitating a positive and inclusive workforce that empowers its employees through transparency and continuous engagement. I do not stop until my goals and the goals of my organization are brought to fruition, all while ensuring we're enjoying it along the way. With a degree in Organization Behavior & Human Resources and a minor in Sociology, I have a true passion for people and a mind for creativity in business.
