SilkFlo is a project management software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that helps business analysts discover, manage, and launch robot process automation (RPA) initiatives. It allows subscribers to submit ideas through a questionnaire, which can then be enriched by business analysts. SilkFlo uses algorithms to evaluate and rank ideas and presents the results in various dashboards with charts, tables, and Gantt charts.DDD was used to help understand and document the requirements for this project. This stood as a source of truth throughout the development process. I was responsible for designing, developing, and delivering the solution. The solution was deployed on Azure. The solution also integrates with the Stripe API for subscription payments and the SendinBlue API for email management.

As a senior developer, I played a key role in taking multiple projects from ideas to successive iterative releases, working closely with various business stakeholders along the way. I utilized my understanding of agile methodology to continuously engage with stakeholders and ensure satisfaction with their projects. * Greenfield Timesheet reconciliation solution. In collaboration with the Project Manager and HR team, I designed and developed a solution for tracking contractor timesheets and reconciling them with data from external agencies. I used Trello to manage the progress of the project.* Greenfield Claims Management System for Deloitte Australia. While located in Melbourne, I completed a software project that involved designing and developing a solution to address the workflow claims needs of the business. The project lasted for three months.* BAU support for several applications. This entailed regularly liaising with finance and HR stakeholders, planning workloads, including specification writing to provide clarity and writing user acceptance tests (UAT) plans based on the specifications.* Finance Database. Developed a new reporting system to create profit and loss formatted reports for Excel.

An additional aim of the solution is to generate financial publications.As a Senior Engineer, I customised the solution to fulfil the requirements of six investment bank customers. Commercial Equity Research Publication Tool: As a Senior Software Developer, I worked in an agile software development team to maintain a distributed enterprise solution that managed market data for publicly traded companies, industries and other market sectors.The solution consisted of many applications connecting to a central SQL Server database. My duties included:* Maintaining SQL Stored Procedures, a VB6 middleware application and a Word VBA solution. The middleware connected to the database, using ADO and provided a COM+ interface so that the Word VBA solution could create equities research publications, using retrieved data;* Building a data mining solution consisting of a C# middleware application to query the SQL database, using Entity Framework, and provide a WCF (SOAP) interface to a C# VSTO Excel add-in. The resulting solution gave analysts a tool to create ad-hoc queries to output into Excel;* Help maintain the web solution, written in C#, ASP.NET and MVC. This solution was also connected to a C# middleware application using WCF (SOAP);* Working with a team of testers based in India;* I was also on secondment to New Delhi, India to aid in the continuous development of the solution.
