The Sustainable Wine Roundtable (SWR) is a global, independent platform convening stakeholders across the wine value chain to advance sustainability in the wine industry. The SWR develops practical tools to address key sustainability challenges, including packaging and bottle weight, standards proliferation, vineyard chemistry, labour standards, and low carbon logistics. My work supports the SWR's dedication to catalyse sustainable action and foster a more inclusive global wine industry.

Responsible for organising educational events and tastings for university students and the public. Managed memberships, finances, administration and committee task delegation. Ran the design, delivery, and teaching of wine presentations, workshops and tastings (50-60 attendees). Organiser and buyer for the annual Christmas Ball and other large events (130-150 attendees).

Worked on fundraising events for family support charity Die Möwe. Wrote articles for AWA’s member magazine about environmental issues and personal volunteer experiences.

Organised, created, and delivered educational programming for visitors. Led and managed a team of interpretive guides, assigned tasks and responsibilities and provided performance reports to supervisors. Promoted the organisation’s core values of maintaining and protecting wildlife diversity, reducing human impact on nature, and mitigating climate change. Served as a caretaker for the museum’s collection of domestic animals and earned certification to handle snakes, turtles, and lizards.
