In the kitchen industry, there are two main subjects that are vital, in my opinion, on an everyday basis: People and food. In my 10+ years in the kitchen, I learned that any business would not thrive without their customers. I can introduce my knowledge and skills, such as customer service, into a new career in IT. Luckily, I am enrolled in a program of Merit America for a Google IT Support Specialist Certification to obtain my long-term goal in becoming an employee in the IT industry. I also learned to acquire fast learning and quick adaptive skills over the years to train myself into being mindful and cautious of any problem I encounter. Additionally, I have continued to apply myself to better understand the way computers function, and how the world interacts with the constant change in technology. I am content on diving into the IT industry because my passion for technology will continue to grow. I would like to fight cybercrimes in the field of cyber security; however, I would need much more experience with an entry level position first to further my knowledge and give customers the best solution to any problem with a computer.
