As part of the Vocera Executive Leadership Team, he continued to provide oversight throughout all areas of the business and more than doubled his staff. His role included strategic business growth, customer success, and innovation.Mr. de la Roza formerly served as an Executive Director for AdventHealth, one of the largest hospital systems in the U.S. During his role with AdventHealth, de la Roza supervised a 54,000 square foot medical innovation and education institution that trained over 20,000 clinicians per year. Additionally, de la Roza was responsible for the overarching digital marketing strategy for the health system.In addition to experience with business development, operations, healthcare, product development and digital marketing, de la Roza also has an extensive background in residential and commercial real estate sales.
