Currently, I oversee and manage the daily distribution of thousands of packages daily from the warehouse. My role includes coordinating and managing various logistics functions including receipt, shipment, and disposition of materials. I regularly communicate with management, coworkers, and transportation affiliates to facilitate order filling and delivery. I also determine support requirements based on lifecycle costs and reliability analyses.In addition to my selection for a Blue Badge — which means the position I hold is permanent — I was also promoted to a Line Leader position after only two months in recognition of my strong work ethic and ability to build strong relationships.

I educate customers on our different products. After I’ve identified their goals and needs, I recommend appropriate solar panel to address requirements. In addition to generating leads and building relationships, I identify prospects, set appointments, make qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business. I also leverage social media to advertise the company, updating and maintaining its sales and social media page to grow outreach and brand awareness. I also work in the field as an installer; generally, I help with solar panel installation by connecting various wires together.I earned an internship that was to take place during the summer of 2020; however, the company cancelled all internships because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

During my summer employment, I shadowed electrical, mechanical, and industrial engineers tasked with assembling air conditioning compressors. I installed wires, packed and loaded compressors on pallets, and completed other tasks as assigned. I also earned recognition from the management for my exceptional communication skills and going above and beyond on daily job tasks.
