- Accountable for defining the global strategy for the Investment Accounting outsourcing offer for Asset Owners worth 500+bn$ AuM across Europe, APAC and Middle East - insurance companies, pension funds and sovereign institutions. - Responsible for designing relevant end-to-end models and solutions to Asset Owners across the bank’s products. With the aim to address our client’s pain points in their operating model across investment data, middle-office, reporting/analytics, custody whether in-house or outsourced. - Address critical business issues for strategic clients specifically linked to data management and aggregation needs for multi-source, multi-asset and multi-location challenges. Deliver compliant local and international accounting standards (local GAAPs / IFRS9) and associated regulatory reporting.- Responsible for designing and setting up a new product practice around Data Administration processes (from Jun22) connected to all bank services needing market data points whether static/variable, securities, indices or ratings.- Define and manage Data and Valuation solutions catalogue across Securities Services products ranging from portfolio asset pricing - globally defined or client directed – either scrubbing of multiple vendors sources with sophisticated business rules for listed/liquid instruments or using the mark-to model valuations for less-liquid or OTC instruments.- Implement optimization measures with IT and Operations to contain market data costs.- Design new data offers “Data packages” in collaboration with other products owners to share data costs with clients. Introduction of the concept of “premium data” for non-core data points or client directed requirements.

- Own the development of the BNP Paribas 'Trustee and Depositary' brand globally servicing over 2tr$ AuM , 6,000 portfolios across 14 jurisdictions.- Define and develop custody and depositary solutions relevant for each asset class or investment fund vehicle: private capital, such as equity and debt, real estate, infrastructure or hedge funds, derivatives as well as traditional mutual funds.- Upgrade the product continuously with regulatory changes, new instruments or complex investment techniques required by our clients, such as efficient portfolio management, extra/intra pooling or structured/OTC instruments. - Act as trusted partner to global asset managers and help them navigate across evolving complex EU Investment funds regulations for the promotion and distribution of their funds ranges – AIFMD & UCITS regulations.- Key promoter for the Bank’s services, expertise and reputation through client events, conference moderator and speaker as well as leading roles in fund professional associations: ALFI, ABBL, European T&D Forum.

- Responsible for running the depositary activity in Luxembourg, worth 200-300bn$ AuM, and 3 expert business units delivering solutions to asset managers (operations, product and support to sales) * Trustee & Depositary: regulatory fund oversight service of AM & TPA processes ensuring investors protection; * Legal Team: specialized in drafting and filing fund documentation/prospectus with the regulator on behalf of AM; * Investment Compliance: outsourcing solutions to monitor adherence to the fund’s investment guidelines; * Fund Hosting: unique directorship and Management Company hosting solutions to ensure compliance with EU regulation and accelerate fund launches, capital raising and distribution.- Manage the client acceptance and new product acceptance committees for the whole location (across all products).- Responsible for the IT developments and transformation of core global depositary platform, heading the global engineering team of the in-house tool, liaising all locations requirements and regulatory features upgrades.- In charge of the Madoff crisis committee for the location, which involved the continuous assessment of our clients exposure, managing potential impacts for the bank, coordinating all relevant stakeholders from operations, legal and commercial teams and our clients.
