I sold homes at the Courtyards in Lincoln where the HOA dues and the Mello Roos taxes were extremely high. I managed to sell homes in spite of very low weekly traffic numbers. I averaged 10 visitors a week.I managed each escrow from start to finish and I maintained a 95% mortgage capture rate for Taylor Morrison Home Funding. I was responsible for customer satisfaction and I maintained a 92% customer satisfaction score at the Courtyards.

I sold new homes in Elk Grove and Lincoln for both Pulte and Del Webb.I managed the escrows from start to finish for each sale and I maintained a 95% Pulte Mortgage capture rate. I also was responsible for customer satisfaction and I maintained a 92% customer satisfaction score in each of the communities that I sold homes in.

I sold new homes in Dixon, Elk Grove and Sacramento for MDC. I managed the escrows for each sale from start to finish and I was responsible for a 90% mortgage capture rate for Home American Mortgage which was owned by MDC, the parent company of Richmond American Homes. I also was responsible for customer satisfaction and I attained a 93% customer satisfaction score in each of the communities that I worked in.

I negotiated contracts with shippers, manufacturers, distribution warehouses, and logistic companies to haul their freight into and out of California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
