I led the project planning, design, installation, and testing of plant security and communications systems for a multi-billion dollar engineering, procurement, and construction. I also developed and implemented the plan for the integration of operating plant systems with systems under construction. As requested, I also provided clarification to the Executive Commercial Team on each party’s contractual obligations, interfacing with customers on changes in scope. I resolved daily issues with both customer and corporate executive leadership, developing weekly briefs and presentations of project status and facilitating monthly meetings. I also organized site meetings with executives, subcontractors, and customers- as well as domestic and international delegations of both established and potential partners.

I managed multiple recurring, multi-year, multi-million dollar engineering projects, integrating activities of both internal and clients’ cross-functional technical teams. I reviewed contract requirements for ~$3M per project and ~$40M annually, collaborating with customers to define project plans, deliverables, and resolve technical issues. I also assessed customers’ needs and defined projects that addressed customer and regulatory requirements. Finally, I led a wide range of business operations, including contract award and execution, order implementation and control, and resolving customer issues.
