Brain storming ways by incorporating new program's i.e. Blood donation camp, employee health checkups etc. Payroll: Preparing the payroll input of 2500 employees. Maintain Attendance Records of all Stores on a daily basis. Keep the bank account of all employees. Statutory Compliance: Responsible for maintaining registers and tracking of statutory compliances on a day to day basis. Applicable Acts are: Shops and Estd act, Minimum Wages Act, Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance Corp, Payment of Bonus, Child Labor. Grievance Handling: Responsible to handle all the grievance of ground staff and other employees of the company. MIS & HR Reports: Preparing & sending the Manpower, Statutory Compliances and Recruitment MIS reports on a regular basis.
