It all began in third grade—when my book of poems won a Young Authors contest. I’ve been writing ever since.In grad school, I was introduced to the business of luxury. As a PR intern, I compiled a daily report for our client, Burberry. Each morning, I’d research competitor news—not just trending fashion but also how competitors used technology to engage in-store shoppers and how CEOs appeared in the media. This helped inform their company-wide decisions, better serve their customers, and continue to evolve their brand.So when I came to a crossroads in my previous career, I had a bright idea: combine my love for writing with my luxury industry insights into a business. Today I am a New York City-based luxury copywriter and Founder of Life is Deleesh®, a copywriting studio for luxury brands. With a background in public relations and a knack for storytelling, I use luxury copy to speak to the aspirations and desires of my clients' target customers. Today, more than 90% of my clients are women-owned and -led small businesses.
