CurrentHigh Risk Antepartum RN• Perform high-risk antepartum assessments, including physical examinations and evaluation of fetal well-being through electronic fetal monitoring.• Perform antepartum testing and monitoring through fetal non-stress tests, interpret results and communicate findings to the healthcare team.• Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatment plans, and potential risks, empowering them to make informed decisions and actively participate in their care.Postpartum RN• Conduct comprehensive assessments on postpartum mothers and newborns and promote safety, physical and emotional well-being to ensure optimal recovery.• Provide lactation support and guidance to breastfeeding mothers, addressing challenges, and promoting successful breastfeeding/pumping practices.Post-surgical GYN RN• Provide comprehensive postoperative care to patients undergoing gynecological surgeries including hysterectomy, oophorectomy and salpingectomy.• Assess the patient's physical and psychological conditions, reviewing medical history, vital signs and surgical site to ensure safe and optimal recovery.• Implement individualized care plans, ensuring proper pain management, wound care and infection prevention protocols.
