• Performs telephone triage and assesses patient’s needs, clinical symptoms to execute nursing assessments.• Provides in office patient care services by collecting patient histories, vital signs and administering injections.• Instructs patients, families and caregivers on diagnosis, disease process, medication regimen, management and health promotion on endocrine disorders.

• Supervises and motivates a team of 60 information technology consultants to ensure accuracy and quality of troubleshooting measures.

• Provides prompt high quality customer service to 35 users a day in person, by telephone, email and online chat.•Accurately assesses user's technical issues and provides thorough technical support.• Properly documents technical issues on designated ticketing system.
