I work in the User Experience team alongside designers and developers to plan and develop content strategies that give our users the best shopping experience they can have.Designing a digital platform’s flow is like writing a story. With a familiar tone, clear language and solid knowledge of our audience, we elaborate messages that guide our team in the right direction.Responsabilities:- Writing and editing user orientated contents in Mercado Libre.- Content strategy for the launch of new products and functionalities.- Research: user journey, benchmark, interviews, A/B testing, data analysis and more. - Work collaboratively with different areas including marketing experts, lawyers, customer service representatives and developers to obtain the best user experience.

I worked at Buenos Aires Government, in Gestión Digital (e-government) the area in charge of Buenos Aires digital products. It was the 1st UX team in the City. We worked hard in making citizens' lives easier through innovation and design. We observed, investigated, looked for insights and empathized with neighbours to prototype possible solutions, then we validated those ideas with real users until we achieved human-centered results. We applied Design Thinking and agile methods to understand problems nature. Responsabilities: - Research: Benchmark, field research, interviews, A/B testing, cardsorting and more. - UX writing and content strategy, helping users achieve their goals with language.- Brought stakeholders and politicians along the design journey and educated them about usability, digital accessibility and people-centred values.- Helped government areas shape and build their digital strategy, balancing neighbours’ needs with technical and political constraints.- Lead UX projects: miBA, BA Taxi, Denuncia Vial, web de Trabajo, BA Data, entre otras.- App audits through different platforms to get insights.- Managed the content strategy for @ba.ux, we shared our process and values.
