Provide, coordinate, and consolidate all necessary data in order to process payroll in a timely and accurate manner following legal and company standards. They participate in the analysis, preparation, and maintenance of payroll. Ensure that the preparation and distribution of payroll complies with established schedules, compile and calculate payroll data, investigate and resolve errors in payroll processing, and have a working knowledge of the Company’s policies and procedures related to payroll, timekeeping, audit, and accounting.Key Performance Objectives1. Coordinate, process, and reconcile payroll and timekeeping data to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery. Accurate and on-time delivery metrics should exceed 99%.2. Delivers consistent high quality customer service.3. Escalates payroll, timekeeping, accounting and system issues as appropriate.4. Become a payroll, timekeeping, accounting and system expert.5. Assists in testing and implementing system changes.6. Trains business partners in the use of timekeeping systems.8. Prepares reconciliations, written summaries, analyzes payroll data to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance.Qualifications Knowledge of Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll and general ledger systems Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills Technical aptitude – ability to learn, troubleshoot and understand technical problems Great interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse population Able to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee and payroll data. High level of integrity and judgment Proficient in English, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft products and tools Demonstrated multi-tasking capability and proven success in a fast paced environment
