Before I started my journey with HR, I have: - worked as a windsurfing coach and lived on the beach- taught English to prime schoolers in China while not speaking more than 10 words of Chinese - learned how to make great cocktails while working in bars and restaurants around Copenhagen.All those experiences have one big thing in common - People. This discovery led me to where I am now, working as a People & Organization Consultant who is a generalist at heart and likes to juggle many projects at once. In the globalized world, the best capital to invest in is people. I believe that happy employees and great culture are the keys to a successful company. Therefore, what gets me up in the morning, is to incrementally achieve this goal either through projects, ad hoc tasks, or streamlining certain processes.
