* Analyzes and maintains competitive freight rates (air, ocean and ground) including surcharges to determine the most economical modes of moving goods from point A to point B.* Manually enter texts or numerical data into databases and spreadsheets usually uses Excel or any Word Processing Programs and also input new add on charges to the base rates and try to make sure additional charges and databases are correctly in the template.* Carries out the functions of organizing, analysing ad maintaining accuracy of data by auditing in the Web Based Interface (Catapult QMS) to enhance operation efficiency;* Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes;* Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential;* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;* Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed and/or assigned.
