Now, if you want to know a little about my journey, check out the summary below:My basic education was almost entirely at a constructivist school, and that sums up very well how I see people, challenges, projects, achievements, and any other kind of activity related to collective delivery. In this teaching methodology, we are also encouraged to question, confront, and defend our point of view on any topic at all costs. There's no fun in reaching the top alone when throughout my journey I learned with people, was supported by people, and developed with people. Impacting people through good leadership became a mission for me.Passionate about technology, business, and the transformative power that innovation generates within our system, I participated in the junior enterprise movement and had my first work and management experience in the same cycle. I was able to get a holistic view of how each area of a company is connected and how important it is for the strategy to be aligned.After that period, I started working in a technology-driven education company, after all, these are the two themes that, in my opinion, can transform the world for the better. Starting the journey as an intern and currently working as a Supervisor, I dove into the world of CS/CX and am having the opportunity to manage people, projects, processes, and portfolios that are truly customer-focused. In addition to realizing how a good relationship contributes to customer loyalty, I also realized that to scale, you need to be a natural problem solver! And from then on, I am crazy for challenges and difficult problems, as I know they will develop me and deliver a greater result at the end of the equation.A lover of Hip-Hop culture, I participate in freestyle rhyme battles and have experienced many good things because of this lifestyle. Also, since I was 9 years old, I practice a sport called orienteering, in which with the help of a map and a compass you need to align your physical, mental strength, and quick reasoning to make the best decisions during the race.I also love traveling - the world is too small to stick only to our origins - and collecting memories with my friends and family.
