Lead the development and creation of AT&T’s Learning Experience Portal, the Personal Learning Experience (PLE), providing ~600K learners with a simplified, personalized user experience. Collaborate with Technology Development and HR Systems in developing vision and strategy, and prioritizing scope and features for the various phases of the tool. Partner across AT&T Inc., Business Unit Partners, and Key Stakeholders to provide best solution. Provided leadership and coaching to a team of 10 individuals in the Human Resources AT&T Training Operations Group responsible for training technology, tools, and systems. Led the merger integration efforts between multiple legacy companies identifying and creating standardized processes/practices resulting in an expense reduction of $2M/year and an improved, simplified user experience. Provided overall strategy and support for several Learning Management Systems (LMS’s).

Led and coached a team of management/non-management individuals in the Training Operations Organization. Supported the SBC West Training Services Organization by providing Operations support: Scheduling, Facilities Management, Asset Management, Materials Management, Metrics, and Website Development. Developed and implemented cost-effective tools/processes. Reduced materials expenditures by 20%, simplified and improved scheduling process by 20% over prior year.

Project managed, administered, coordinated, and ensured completion of key Human Resource initiatives (Reclassification from Exempt to Non-exempt, United Way Project Manager, etc.). Developed and implemented strategy and tactics. Provided advice and counsel to clients. Successfully managed the reclassification of 1500+ CA OSP Engineers from Exempt to Non-Exempt status and coordinated the payments of $35 million to 1800+ class members, attorneys, and settlement administrators.
