•A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) and an affiliate member of the association for coaching, (AAC) with 35 years of experience as a developer, I am passionate about Learning & Development. As a Learning & Development Consultant I have gained broad experience of delivering team effectiveness and team build events, management training, leadership programmes and business coaching, both in the UK and abroad, including Afghanistan working with the British Council, Feb/March 2011. •I am passionate about delivering training programmes that enable individuals to realise their full potential, as well as delivering real business results. I believe that it is vital that any learning gained at an event should be transferred in a very practical way back in the workplace. I also strive to ensure that all learning events are participative and fun.•My approach is interactive and participative with high motivation, ensuring that delegates play a full part in the learning process, thus making the training experience both stimulating and effective right through to evaluation of the learning. Specialties: •I have particular expertise in group dynamics, using the international training tool, the Group Styles Inventory (GSI) to help achieve results and the Learning Styles Inventory (LSI), for effective leadership development.•I also have experience of running many training workshops such as assertiveness and confidence building, communication using NLP, recruitment and selection, train the trainer, managing performance and motivation using the Strength Deployment Inventory diagnostic tool (SDI).
