Compass • Designed and implemented a custom developed CRM system with data access privileges based on user profiles, roles and authorizationsConvergys – for call center groupUsing RiverStar’s Agent Desktop with customized campaign scripting, we designed and implemented a custom CRM for this call center which resulted in 60% productivity increase and 50% decrease in OpEx• Architected a custom CRM database that allows new custom fields to be setup and also captures call data and agent state data.• Designed and created web services for integrating to the CTI system, serving the next dialer record, and queueing up the next set of records to be used.• Implemented the flow used by the agents for making an outbound call to an eBay member, and having the customer data in front, and the correct script for the call. Scripts could be targeted information for the specific eBay store the customer/seller had, to disputes between the seller and buyer, to new features for the customers (sellers).• Created a process that was on a cron schedule for pulling call data from BolderThinking, the CTI platform.

• Design, implement, unit test and integrate an OA&M (Operations Administration and Management) sub-system for managing any process/application using Java, JDMK (Java Dynamic Management Kit API from Sun), Oracle, Rose, and XML for the UNIX environment.• Designed the architecture and developed an automated fault recovery process in Rose, using class, sequence and activity diagrams, which enhanced performance and accuracy while reducing downtime.• Integrated the Motorola Instant Messaging and Unix Voice Gateway processes with the OA&M, which ensured proper use and implementation of a user-friendly interface for management and configuration.• Acted as team leader and main developer implementing a simulation of the Starfish TruSync address-book, task and calendar interfaces using Java and Java servlet technology, to enhance the MiX Simulator, in order to expand client base and provide added functionality.• Provided presentation that explained the difference in architecture, components and functionality of the MiX Simulator and MADK (Mobile Application Development Kit) to achieve clear understanding of the compatibility of the two products.• Designed the architecture and created a desktop mini MiX platform (Motorola Internet exchange) using the MiX API, Access database and MSDE (Microsoft Database Engine) providing outside developers a framework for developing and testing applications for the MiX platform.

Designed and developed a new process to automate the promotional data transfer for Searle Pharmaceuticals new drug Celebrex to Pfizer with improved accuracy, eliminating the need for human intervention.
