Currently, I am an IT Senior Business Analyst. I oversee the lending applications for consumer, commercial loans and specialized in mortgage lending application. I have been an IT Business Analyst for 4 years. Between Laserpro, Decicionpro, Abrigo, Encompass , I oversaw the data warehouse, the mortgage website, and other applications with Encompass. I managed various projects and assist with testing. I write policies and procedures to assist with training. i maintained any updates related to the application updates along with providing a summery to the line of business applicable. Between researching and analyzing for customization requests, I work with vendors too. I’ve been a Network Support Specialist for Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. currently Truist Bank, for 3 ½ years until March 2016.I oversaw many of the core application servers along with maintaining updates, compliance with company standards, and oversaw any updates/upgrades on the application. Previously I was a PC Specialist at the same company for 3 years overseeing wyse terminals, hardware, printers, workstations, laptops, along with maintaining the security camera servers and merchandising display servers.During my time as a PC technician, I upgraded over 200 workstations to Windows 7. Currently I have successfully upgraded several applications servers without complications.Colleagues know me as a responsive and friendly person who they can count on. I work great with others and great alone but my best work is when collaborating with others.I have over 15 years experience in the Information Technology field with a Business Associates degree specializing in Computer Information Systems.
