I have grown professionally in the family company, Cegalin srl, which since 1950 has been working in the production of small metal parts. After graduating and a period abroad, over the years I have worked on various activities within the company, from quality to production, from sales to cost management.From 2004 to 2008 I also managed the company Fascor, which produced the same type of items and which in 2008 was absorbed by Cegalin.In all these years I have had the opportunity to learn about the various processes, from molding with bending machines, to tempering and galvanizing processes. My experience also extends to the knowledge of many suppliers in the field of mechanical production and sub-supply.Taking care of the production process closely, I had the opportunity to work with professionals in Lean Production and TWI.
