Performed monthly analytical analysis for proper financial presentation for the sales offices in accordance with local laws and regulations, Marriott standard procedures and GAAP. Served as liaison for International Sales regarding finance, law, tax and human resources functions, including support of relationships with external accountants and lawyers in eleven countries.

Managed preparation, analysis, consolidation and presentation of the company’s Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows, and Statement of Shareholder’s Equity. Prepared detailed analyses of the company’s Equity transactions and served as liaison to both the Corporate Secretary’s office and the company’s transfer agent – 1st Chicago Trust Company.
