My experience includes managing technology portfolios, as well as programmes and large-scale projects with cross-functional teams to ensure optimum stakeholder outcomes.I have simplified and scaled the delivery of client-focused capabilities through the introduction, standardisation, and maturing of product management functions, engineering practices, and minimum standards around ways of working that enabled the measurement of team performance e.g. DORA metrics at an enterprise scale.
